Stillwater Engineering LLC is owned and operated by Mr. Carl, who has over 33 years of experience as a Registered Professional Engineer.​ Mr. Carl’s career includes 15 years in civil and structural engineering, five years in construction management, and 17 years in forensics. Mr. Carl has performed over 2,800 forensic engineering investigations for insurance companies, law firms, construction firms, and property owners. This extensive experience in construction, engineering, and forensics has developed Mr. Carl into a valuable asset for construction-related services including forensics, construction defect claims, structural inspections, structural design, and as an expert witness.
